Cysha is pronounced “Sai-sha.” Furthermore, it is a Sanskrit word meaning meaningful life. It is also the names of our two children, Cyma and Shanav, woven into one.
Every home we design carries that same intention. Because of this, the people who live there will live meaningfully in it.
Our studio is based on Sydney’s North Shore. However, we work with homeowners across all of Sydney. Furthermore, we believe great design is not just about how a space looks. Interior Design
Full home interior design is our core service. Furthermore, we design individual rooms too. First, your brief guides every decision. Then, we model every room in 3D. Next, FF&E and joinery drawings are prepared. Finally, renders are delivered. As a result, your builder has everything needed.

Architectural drafting is provided for new builds and renovations. Furthermore, plans are prepared to CDC and DA standard. Because we coordinate every consultant, you never chase anyone yourself. As a result, your application is complete and well prepared.

Your entire approval pathway is managed by us. First, we assemble your consultant team. Then, we lodge your application. Furthermore, we liaise with council throughout. Finally, we coordinate your Construction Certificate and Occupation Certificate. Therefore, you have one point of contact from start to finish.

After that, every drawing and schedule is prepared. Furthermore, all specifications are produced. Therefore, your project is ready for approval and construction.
Approval
Then, your DA or CDC application is lodged. Furthermore, every consultant and council requirement is coordinated. Consequently, approval is managed from start to finish.
Construction & OC
Finally, your Construction Certificate is coordinated. Moreover, your Occupation Certificate is managed too. As a result, your home is completed exactly as designed.
